TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who we are

Contact us at info@predictsport.app. These terms apply when you create an account or subscribe.

2. What the service is

Predict Sport publishes sports analysis and predictions generated by AI models from publicly available sports data. It is for information and entertainment only.

  • Predictions are opinions, not advice. They are not betting, financial or professional advice, and no outcome, accuracy or profit is guaranteed.
  • We don't accept bets, hold your money or pay out winnings or prizes.
  • Odds shown are indicative and may differ from any bookmaker's prices.
  • Never stake more than you can afford to lose. If betting is becoming a problem, free help is listed on our Play responsibly page.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for making sure that using sports predictions, and any betting you choose to do, is legal where you live.

4. Your account

Give us an email address you control and keep your password secret. An account is for one person; don't share it. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

5. Pro subscriptions

  • Pro is billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on the pricing page, including VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
  • You can cancel at any time from your Account page, or without signing in on our cancellation page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it. Pro is paused while a payment is outstanding and ends if it can't be collected.

6. Your right to withdraw (EU and UK consumers)

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from your first Pro subscription within 14 days of buying it. When you subscribe, you ask us to start your access immediately, so if you withdraw we'll refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days you had access. To withdraw, email info@predictsport.app from your account email within the 14 days. Renewals don't start a new withdrawal period.

7. Refunds

Apart from withdrawals and billing errors, payments aren't refundable. See the refund and cancellation policy.

8. Payment disputes

If something's wrong with a charge, contact us first and we'll put it right. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, your subscription is cancelled immediately so you aren't charged again.

9. Acceptable use

Pro content is for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

  • resell, republish or redistribute predictions or stats sheets, in whole or in part;
  • scrape the service or access it with bots or other automated means;
  • get around the paywall, rate limits or other security measures;
  • share your account or let others use your subscription.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

10. Intellectual property

The service and its content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to view it while your account is active.

11. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features, leagues or sports. We aim to keep the service available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Liability

The service is provided as it is. We aren't liable for any losses from bets or other decisions you make using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately, without a refund for unused time except as described in section 6. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll tell you before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring claims in its courts.
